At Splat Hair Color, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vibrant new look. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from our official website within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items in their original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure faster processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a traceable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
